There Through it All

One of my fondest memories of my parents is my parents being with me on my graduation from graduate school.  The look on my parents’ faces was priceless.  They were glowing.  My dad even cried, which is not something I had ever seen him do.  I knew how proud of me they were and how much love, support, and guidance they had given me to help me to that moment.  I felt like I had also turned the corner in their eyes from being a kid to being a grown-up.  I had their respect and their love oozing out of every pore.  I was proud of myself but also humbled by the fact that everything I was and was able to accomplish was because of them.
