Choices are Mine
The thing that I loved about college was that I finally was able to take courses that interested me. The variety of classes available was so much larger than in high school. Even though there were still requirements I could often be very creative in how to meet these. Also, I feel like taking classes that I wanted to take made the classes much more meaningful and relevant. Everything seemed to have a bigger purpose in college than in high school or middle school. I also liked that college students were more mature than high school students. For the most part, everyone wanted to be there. There were fewer distractions in class as people weren’t being forced to show up.
